Really enjoyed how you provided actions employees can take to reframe chaos and handle it. Plus, I appreciated the parts where you provided your personal examples, especially in #2 Seize any opportunity you can. I think it's fair to believe that many PMMs are 'entrepreneurial' in a way - finding or creating opportunities to break into the role or gain more experience. Great writing.
